Shipping policy

All online orders are subject to the shipping terms below. Customers accept this policy automatically upon order submission and payment completion.

Order Processing

Paid orders will be processed and packed within 1–3 business days. No processing occurs on weekends and public holidays. Slight delays may happen during peak shopping seasons due to high order volumes.

Delivery Duration

We provide global shipping services covering most international regions. Standard cross-border delivery generally takes 7–12 business days. Delivery durations are approximate and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier schedule changes, weather and other unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout according to your shipping location. All fees are fully displayed in advance with complete transparency, without hidden fees or additional charges.

Tracking Service

After your order is dispatched, a tracking code will be sent to your registered email. Intermittent tracking update suspensions during international transportation are normal and will not affect final delivery.

Import & Customs Liability

Customers are solely responsible for all local import taxes, duties and clearance fees. Our store will not be held liable for packages detained, returned or fined by local customs departments.

After-Sales Claims

Please check your products carefully after receiving the parcel. For damaged, missing or transit-lost items, please submit a claim with valid photo proof within 48 hours. Verified claims will be resolved with full refunds or free replacements.

Address Verification

Please confirm your detailed and accurate shipping address before checkout. Address modification is not supported after shipment. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer address information.

Policy Rights

We reserve the right to suspend shipping services to remote or restricted areas. All undeliverable orders will be fully refunded through the original payment channel.
